What You Need to Know
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be updated on your order.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery during peak holiday periods. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Global Cupping charges a flat shipping rate for all orders regardless of country or location. Standard shipping times are approximately 7-10 days from time of order.
We also offer an expedited shipping service at an additional charge as shown during checkout. Expedited shipping times are approximately 3-5 days from time of order.
Please note that overnight delivery is not currently available and delivery delays can occasionally occur during peak seasonal times.
All shipments must be sent to a physical address - our courier is unable to deliver to a P.O. box or APO/FPO address.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Global Cupping is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Global Cupping is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please advise us as soon as possible and also contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
