This means you can order from Global Cupping with absolute and complete confidence.


If you are not happy with your product for any reason at all, simply contact our team and let us know within 90 days of receiving your order.  We will issue you a return authorization confirmation by email along with instructions to return the product.  Once your return is received we will process your refund to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 business day.  Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

If you haven't received your credit card refund within 2 business days, please first check with your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


We promise that every one of our products will be free of manufacturing defects.  In the unlikely event that you experience any manufacturing defects aside from regular use and wear, please contact us and we will happily provide you with a replacement at no cost.


To return your product, please contact us for a return authorization confirmation and the address for the return.  Please note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach us may vary.


If you are returning items valued over $75, we recommend using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your return is received.
